SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Fishslayer Tackle  products are guaranteed to be defect free.  You may return most new, unused or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for either an exchange or full refund. 

* Approval is required first for all returns *

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping and should expect to receive your refund in approximately 7 - 10 days after we receive the item back.

NOTE:  The refund time period stated above, does not include the 3 - 5 business days for transit time to our facility, the 1 - 3 days to process your return once we receive it, or the 5 - 10 days it takes your bank to process our refund request.  

 

If you need to return an item you purchased from us, please Contact Us with details about the product you would like to return, and include your order number. 

We will expedite your request and issue you an RMA number, along with instructions as to how and where to return the item from your order.
